The cupboard has ornate carving to front section, with fielded panels to either side, The top comprises of a lift up lid to reveal a spacious compartment with a candle box at one end , the lid is supported by iron strap hinges. The base has a spacious compartment with a shelf at mid height, the piece is constructed of solid oak with no rot or woodworm, this is a very impressive piece of Georgian furniture  ready to use.
